about Alauna

After receiving her Bachelors degree in Psychology from UofA and her 200hr Yoga Teaching Certification from Uplifted YTT, Alauna knew she wanted to use the knowledge from these programs to help people all around the world! 

However, Alauna did not want to do this in a typical therapy setting which is often times too expensive for the average person. That is why she have created the Mind on Yoga Course and online Mind Coaching program! Her goal is to provide accessible holistic care to everyone, regardless of your geographical location!
