Howdy, I'm Alauna, certified yoga instructor and the founder of Grounded Retreats!

As a full time nomad for 3 years I understand how lonely life on the road can get at times. I wanted to create a community of like-minded people by hosting outdoor yoga retreats! My intention with these events is to bring my online community offline, to create deep meaningful connections through somatic yoga practices, nature-based meditations, breathwork sessions, arts & crafts and intention circles. Helping you feel grounded and relaxed, one retreat at a time!

Hi, I’m Emily, an adventure-loving soul based in Oregon, with a passion for helping people connect to nature, themselves, and each other.

 

I created Do Yoga Outside to blend my love of the outdoors with movement, creativity, and community. Whether I’m leading a yoga session on a mountain, guiding a bachelorette hike through stunning landscapes, or hosting an art-in-nature retreat, my goal is to create experiences that leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and more alive than ever.

Hi cuties! I'm Emily Sedona, a full time vanlifer, sound healer, and magic curator.

As an anxious girly, I see the importance of nervous system regulation through sound. I am here to help lead your mind from chaotic to calm with various singing bowls, drums, and rattles. These instruments not only promote relaxation, but also aid in deepening our meditation and yoga practices. Bringing the healing power of sound offline and into the real world has been such a dream of mine, and I am so excited to connect with you IRL!
